Updating logging to debug statements. Fixed bank equipment viewer bug where it would sometimes stay open after closing bank window.
Updated logging from info to debug statements. Fixed bank equipment overlay bug where it would sometimes stay open after closing bank. Removed config variables that did not have a config option. Merged recent changes to forked example plugin repo.
