* Update boss-buddy

Updating logging to debug statements. Fixed bank equipment viewer bug where it would sometimes stay open after closing bank window.

* Update boss-buddy

Updated logging from info to debug statements.
Fixed bank equipment overlay bug where it would sometimes stay open after closing bank.
Removed config variables that did not have a config option.
Merged recent changes to forked example plugin repo.
