Add happy-path test for NooBaaReplicationTargetUnreachable alert (RHSTOR-8110)

Summary

• Adds test coverage for NooBaaReplicationTargetUnreachable alert (RHSTOR-8110)
• Validates alert fires when bucket replication target becomes unreachable (deleted)
• Verifies alert contains user-friendly bucket names instead of hash IDs (DFBUGS-6380 fix)
• Verifies alert clears after source bucket deletion (DFBUGS-6398 — skipped while bug is open)
