We were born as a research project on Smart Cities within the Information Technology Office of the UNI in Peru. Since then, we have expanded beyond the campus to experiment with Bitcoin, L2s, Nostr, ZKPs, and tools that return control and privacy to individuals.
We promote Research and Development in IT through a cypherpunk lens: P2P systems, privacy by design, and technological autonomy. We organize workshops, events, and open, auditable experimental projects — minimal, reusable, and censorship-resistant software — to provide practical alternatives to the growing centralized control of nation-states and corporations.
Join our community and take part in the development of open, private, and decentralized technologies.
