- Add py.typed marker for PEP 561 typed package support
- Add version via importlib.metadata for programmatic version access
- Add NullHandler to root logger to prevent 'no handler' warnings
- Add None guard to membership evaluator for consistency with all other evaluators
- Move jsonschema import from call-time to factory-time in schema evaluator and pre-compile validator for better performance and early error detection
- Add Python classifiers, keywords, and Typing::Typed to pyproject.toml for better PyPI discoverability
