We update the spawn-pages and spawn-blogs skills to also create links to the newly spawned pages where appropriate.
For example, if we spawn a landing page, we add a link to the site's footer to that landing page if it fits the current footer. This way the newly spawned page is not invisible.
This is different from the spawn-internal-links skill which spawns general semantic interlinking.
