README had AI-generated patterns (emojis in headings, promotional language, redundant sections) that made it feel generic. Rewrote intro copy, removed the Getting Started section, merged the VytalLink Mobile App and MCP Interface table rows into one, added skill install commands, and clarified that skills work with any AI coding tool. In the vytallink README, replaced Google Fit with Health Connect, removed the inline quickstart steps in favor of a redirect to the developer docs, and updated the setup guide link.
