- Updated to Tempo v3.0.5 with minor bugfixes and formatting changes (https://github.com/NCAR/TEMPO/releases/tag/tempo_v3.0.5)
- Changed hail size units to meters fro mm
- Added Tempo information to README.namelist
To trigger a test.

The failed test was not related to TEMPO. We have a Shin-Hong fix we need to test for this PR. Not clear why it showed up here. |

@dudhia @AndersJensen-NOAA @islas To retest this PR, we need updated MMM-physics code. Yes, it is strange the failure isn't related to TEMPO, but it could mean some thing is messed up in the memory somewhere. |
