Add full support for TLS, by opening up the whole configuration options of the nodejs tls library.
For mutual TLS client side certificates must be provided by the syslog client.
In internal system the certificate CA might be internally generated which also has to be provided for a successful connection.
Adding a new test suite to test the mTLS connection with a generic TLS server.
