See #3077 (comment) for background.

This is partial fix, given that mdn/browser-compat-data#27153 shows the header being dropped from Chromium. However, the key http.headers.Link.blocking won't be removed until the next release, which will probably happen in a day or two. Since it wrongly shows the feature as unsupported in both Chrome and Safari and it'll be fixed in a couple of days, I'm going to let this stand.
