Adds GET /clubs/:slug.json — club details (slug, name, description, logo URL) plus its roster: athletes_count, total_results_count, total_volunteering_count, and per-athlete id/name/results_count/personal_best/volunteering_count. An unknown slug returns 404 for JSON instead of redirecting to the HTML clubs page.
