tvh/README.md

Hi, I'm Timo von Holtz 👋

I build real-time backend systems for public-safety software at Axon 911 — currently the radio infrastructure behind 911 dispatch (P25 decoding, live audio, Motorola integrations I reverse-engineered packet-by-packet with Wireshark).

Before that: seven years of clinical software for German hospitals, and platform engineering at a database-API startup. Houston via Kiel, Freiburg, and Sydney.

📄 My résumé isn't a PDF — it talks back

tvholtz.net/resume is a chat you can interrogate. Paste a job description, or ask it directly:

  • "How did you reverse-engineer Motorola's radio protocols?"
  • "What would you do differently at Neurelo?"
  • "Is Timo a fit for this job ad?"

It's under standing instructions to never oversell me — and to tell you plainly when I'm not your person.
