Description

Adds [Crowdsec] to the community train.

CrowdSec is an open-source and collaborative security engine that parses logs and blocks malicious IPs.

Things like api.server.listen_uri and db_config.type (and probalby more) needs to be set dynamically.
Otherwise a change in the config file by a user will just break the app completely.
