Road accident severity classifier trained on French national crash data (BAAC, 2010–2022). Predicts the probability of a severe outcome (death or hospitalization) using LightGBM. Achieved 1st place (AUC 0.853) in a private Kaggle competition hosted by ESIEE Paris & Université Gustave Eiffel.
Our mission is to create a comprehensive UK Road Accident Excel Dashboard with the aim of providing actionable insights into road safety. Through this project, we aim to analyze and visualize road accident data, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions for improving road safety measures and reducing accidents.
The Road Accident Analysis Dashboard is a comprehensive visual tool designed to provide insights and facilitate informed decision-making regarding road safety measures. Developed using Tableau, this dashboard amalgamates data from a Kaggle data set to offer a holistic view of road accidents, their causes, and associated trends.
The dataset records the total number of road traffic accidents in each state for the given period, categorizing the accidents into fatal, severe, and minor incidents. This comprehensive dataset is valuable for analyzing trends and patterns in road safety across the country, helping to identify regions with higher accident incidences.
Developed an interactive Road Accident Analysis Dashboard in Microsoft Excel using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Slicers to analyze 896K+ casualties by severity, vehicle type, road conditions, and yearly trends. Enabled dynamic filtering and year-over-year comparison to support data-driven decision-making.
In this project the stakeholders are looking to evaluate the casualties that have occurred on the roads, the dataset only consists of 2 year. We have to provide the meaningful insight to the stakeholders, so that they can reduce casualties that occurs on the road and make the roads more safer to travel.
