Because the CONTRIBUTING.md is linked to from within the README.md, which is shipped to users, it should itself also be shipped to users to ensure an offline copy of the package is complete enough to read all documentation.

Unfortunately the 0.6.3 assets in
typst/packageswill be slightly different from those on the tagv0.6.3of this repo because I forgot to update the thumbnail and manual. And since the check there is not being run on this repo I forgot some other things I'm fixing here too.
