Allows configuring whether sites should be "highlighted" by displaying them on the entity page, rather than just on the links tab. Useful for hiding .e.g studio profiles which can be extremely numerous.
Defaults to true, so by default nothing changes.
Also adds stable sorting of highlighted links by first sorting by category, then site name, then url. Sorting is reverse ordered so highest prio links are always anchored on the right.
