Colab-ffmpeg-Coda-Binaries ffmpeg binaries for Colab that should be able to use GPU encoding. At the time of upload most of the GPU encoders are not usable because of a bug in Colab. YMMV if it breaks you own both parts might never be updated if I don't need extra features
