Security review: clean. No secrets, injection vectors, or unsafe patterns. All changes are docs/config only.

QA review: clean. CI green (lint pass, sidebar-reminder pass, CF Pages pass). Internal links verified. Section numbering fix is correct (1/2/3 instead of 1/3/4). Wordlist additions (NCSC, Intune) match the content changes. Badge syncs and contributor updates look appropriate.

One minor nit: contributors.json has inconsistent key indentation -- fvelazquez-x and shallem entries have top-level keys at 0-indent while the rest of the file uses 2-space indent. The PR partially fixes this (andrew-chang-gu, JosepBove now indented) but fvelazquez-x introduces a new instance. Low priority, not blocking.
