v0.0.33 for jamovi library

Add reproducible code export for swimmerplot and waterfall
Introduced asSource() public methods to swimmerplotClass and waterfallClass, enabling generation of R source code for reproducible analyses. Updated documentation and Rd files to reflect new methods. Also improved IDI calculation in stage migration helpers for survival analysis, updated package version to 0.0.33, and revised descriptions for clarity in jamovi YAML and Rd files. Added vignette on omentum sampling adequacy analysis.
