As mentioned ''enpassant'' in the previous PR discussion, I add some additional comments and documentation to the
linfa_ensemblecrate, so to be more consistent (hopefully) with the rest of the linfa workspace.Feel free to review any mistake, correct or improve!
EDIT: I guess failing CI/CD are due to caching from ndarray version bump, that is not related to this PR. If I can help with the dependency bump hell that is occurring, let me know.
