Sorting Hat
After we've got the small group breakdown logic figured out, we want to make more nuanced sorting hat functionality so that students aren't asked to self-select into class levels.
Questions
Do we want to persist the data of what section a person was in, and who their teacher was in?
How do we want to track that data / how and to whom should it be accessible? This seems to be the beginning of knowing how effective teachers are with data / how many students they retain.
