Adds simindad.top alongside allanime as a co-equal source. Search now queries both providers and labels each result with [allanime]/[simindad]; a source is chosen per-row via an id prefix (aa:/sd:) so the allanime path is unchanged. simindad content is login-gated behind an SSO + image captcha; a cookie-jar login flow (interactive captcha, session persisted) is added, plus direct .mp4/.mkv extraction for movies (single item) and series (SxxExx and absolute-number naming), with sub/dub and quality selection. New: --source, --login-simindad flags and ANI_CLI_SOURCE, ANI_CLI_SIMINDAD_USER/PASS env vars. Docs (README, man page) updated and an AUR PKGBUILD (awesome-ani-cli-git) added under packaging/aur.
