plomino.leaflet provides a Leaflet map field type to Plomino.
Add plomino.leaflet to your buildout, run the buildout.
In read mode, the field just displays its geometries. In edit mode, the map contains buttons to create or delete existing geometries. The geometry is stored as GeoJSON. In the settings tab, Leaflet javascript can be customized for both read or edit mode.
