PMM-15085 Validate Peak Design table and theme updates and bump @percona/percona-ui

Fixes from testing PMM against a future Peak Design release with changes on table, form inputs, shared theme.

Assembly line:

• PMM-15046 Move NavItem component to percona-ui and fix PMM sidebar inconsistencies #5328 needs to be merged before this exact PR
• What this PR does: Fix micro visual regressions (commits ad36c02, 109eba1, b7108fc)
• Wait for Peak Design dependency to merge Table component and its dependencies design review, docs, and theme alignment percona-ui#21
• Bump up Peak Design to latest version after the previous merge in this PR
• Then this PR can be merged to unlock PMM-14911 Alerts page #5259

Stack order would be:

How it was tested:

• Smoke-tested affected pages (Tables, Settings forms, Sidebar, Alerts) in both light and dark mode
• PMM UI unit tests pass (vitest)
• Verified no visual regressions in sidebar navigation, RTA tables, and Settings forms
