Few more tweaks, still having an issue with templates during generate, it doesn't like preprocessor code so I need to figure that out still

Make sure to include php_version.h for PHP_VERSION_ID

This is just for now, need to find a real way to check PHP_VERSION_ID, for now break sub php5.4 in template so I can finish testing.

Need to use -o blah not -oblah as that will fail ld: unknown option: -oinfo
