Description
This PR nominates @marcschaeferger as a Triager for the OpenTelemetry Helm Charts project.
@marcschaeferger has been actively contributing to issue and pull request triage in this repository, including reviewing the backlog, identifying already resolved or superseded issues, tracing issues to merged pull requests and upstream trackers, requesting updates on inactive work, and helping distinguish issues that can be closed from those that still require work or additional information.

Backlog triage: 25 open issues are closable today (status review of all 101 open issues) #2379 - performed a full triage pass over all 101 open issues at the time, verifying linked pull requests and current behavior against
main. The review identified 25 issues that could be closed immediately and categorized additional issues as needing maintainer confirmation, upstream handling, more information, or continued work.Labels value exceeds character limit of 63 when name of the namespace is big #1637 - traced the reported problem to the merged fixes in [opentelemetry-operator] Kubernetes recommended labels #1558, Restrict operator version to 63 chars #1778, and fix: image tags longer than 63 chars getting truncated #1790 and proposed closing the issue.
Add CI scenarios for eBPF Chart #964 - confirmed that the requested CI coverage had already been implemented by test: Add CI scenarios for eBPF Chart. #964 #1310 and proposed closing the issue.
Issue: prometheus-otel example kubelet_scrape_configs.yaml missing from packaged chart #1777 - participated in issue triage and the discussion around the appropriate design/solution.
feat(opentelemetry-operator): auto detect presence of cert-manager CRDs #2021 - followed up on an inactive pull request to clarify its current status and CI state.
feat(opentelemetry-collector): support for extra envs templating #2010 - followed up on inactive work and offered to take over the implementation if needed.
