FSRS-6 is still in beta stage, so you could use it via the custom scheduling script or the beta release of Anki.

• Simulator: has been integrated into Anki 24.11.
  • if you want to compare Anki-SM-2 with FSRS, you can use: fsrs4anki_simulator.ipynb
