Two pages from PR12 referenced https://app.mnemom.ai/dashboard/... — a fabrication on my part. The actual logged-in surface is mnemom.ai/* (dashboard, settings, admin), not a separate app.mnemom.ai subdomain. - concepts/governance-signals.mdx §"Surfaces, not injections": fixed the Web UI URL. - guides/operating-governance-signals.mdx §"Daily flow": fixed the triage link.
