Add the PS3 Folder extension format
I just saw that I missed a couple of ps3 folder lines in the code so I have now removed them as requested
add PCEE2 retroarch core to the ps2 system requested by a user in discord - bugs channel
Recently the retroarch core changed to play Neogeo CD games

@androosio should be fixed now. I dont know why it came through like that. I noticed a syntax error after a commit and fixed that up than created the PR as my json file in my repo was clean prior to this |

Hi @androosio I double checked the code lines and they all looked the same as my working files so I am not sure why 4 of them are failing? Please refer to the cores topic on bugs section of discord as I also added Sega model 3 as a system along with retroarch cores for the PS2 and Neo Geo CD systems as well as the EmucoreC emulator for PS3. |

Very good emulator too and works with lots of games.
