Qual o propósito deste pull request?
O objetivo desse pull request é realizar o envio do projeto como etapa da seleção (Magrathea Labs), contendo um projeto pessoal com finalidade de aprendizado e demonstrar conhecimento técnico em Python, como o desenvolvimento de API REST, uso de método e funções built-in, banco de dados, uso de pacotes Python (PyPI), entre outros
O que foi feito para atingir esse propósito?
Foi desenvolvida uma aplicação REST, com o objetivo de manipular arquivos em .pdf, especificamente adicionar marca d'água nas páginas, por meio do upload de arquivos realizado por um template básico renderizado. Foram utilizadas libs e funcionalidades em Python, linguagem reconhecida por suas vantagens com relação à automação de processos e manipulação de arquivos.
Observação: o PR está sendo aberto novamente, pois foi acidentalmente encerrado após o processo de "git push -f" para corrigir o nome e email de usuário no git. Como não obtive sucesso, o commit aparece com meu git profissional (fcs-certi).
