Update RSCI with hubcast support - #694

@tdrwenski I think we already saw that failure in the performance pipeline report job. Do you remember the fix? |
What error did you see? I see "The system is down for maintenance." in just one of the performance jobs, so I think you should try re-running (I tried but I am not authorized). |
Some machines were down for maintenance yesterday. I restarted the jobs. |
|
Now I see the error you probably meant-- "Must have admin rights to Repository." I think I have seen that, it sounds like the token I think? Is the GITHUB_WORKFLOW_TOKEN unchanged? I think that needs repo and workflow access. |
|
I renewed the token recently (it had expired). This message puts me in doubt : were we using brad-iuss to generate the token ? Or one of our personal accounts ? I just need to take the time to test both options. |

@tdrwenski We need to move the CI to hubcast, I could not track down where the token in question is I put a patch in to make the push of the performance data optional so we can get moved to hubcast and we can add an issue to revisit when Adrien returns. Does that sound OK? |

Created an issue to track pipeline reporting failure issue #705 which was by-passed in this PR. |
