Adds AccessScore Action to the list of CI services.
Description
AccessScore Action is a GitHub Action that checks website accessibility (ADA/WCAG 2.1) on every pull request. It scans 16 WCAG criteria and posts results as PR comments with pass/fail enforcement.
Similar to other CI-integrated quality tools on this list (Assertible, Coveralls, SonarQube, StyleCI), it runs automated checks as part of the CI pipeline.
