Lumitree (https://lumitree.art) is a collaborative generative art tree where visitors plant seeds that grow into unique interactive micro-worlds. Each world is a self-contained HTML file under 50KB with zero dependencies, using Canvas 2D, WebGL fragment shaders, SVG, CSS art, or Web Audio API.
The project combines generative art techniques (flow fields, SDF raymarching, L-systems, cellular automata, particle physics) with a collaborative model where the tree grows through visitor input.
Adding to the Websites section alongside platforms like OpenProcessing and Creative Applications Network.
