…e, error Adds production-grade implementations of the four core modules: - hypervector: HDC-based vector operations with SIMD-friendly u64 packing - quantization: INT8/INT4 quantization with precision tracking and NaN/Inf assertions - memory_store: Episodic memory with associative retrieval by cosine/Jaccard similarity - error: Comprehensive error types for dimension mismatches, quantization, batch limits All 24 tests passing. Fixes dequantization formula to include zero_point offset. Validates dimensions are multiples of 64 for SIMD. Enforces batch size and content length limits.
