This fix problems of import/export Excel with PHP7.x (tested on 7.3)
It also required some small adjustment in the code of Aixada 872d4bf.
NOTE: spreadsheet-reader seems abandoned and is not compatible with PHP7. Is used a fork of @fujaru + PR#3 for PHP7.3
NOTE-2: This code has already been in production for two weeks.
