Added scripting commands that work with the geoserver scripting community module to manage scripts.

The geoserver set command immediately pings geoserver to make sure that connections work.

Added layer preview capability by add wms and wfs commands.

Added an uber jar that is runnable and contains all dependencies.

Make parameters on all list commands optional. Now you don't have to pass in a workspace to the coverage store list command. If you don't you will just see all coveragestores grouped by workspace.
