Statement of Purpose

This repository is an independently distributed collection of open-source software components and derivative works that originate from third-party projects licensed under open-source licenses, including but not limited to the GNU General Public License (GPL) and the MIT License.

This repository exists solely to satisfy redistribution, attribution, and source disclosure requirements of those upstream licenses.

Scope and Content

This repository contains only:

• Source code originating from third-party open-source projects
• Modifications, translations, or ports of such code (including C# adaptations)
• Supporting code required solely for standalone operation of these open-source components
• License files, notices, and attribution metadata

All included software is either:

• original upstream open-source code, or
• derivative work of such code distributed under the same license terms

Relationship to Tester Engineering Suite

The Tester Engineering Suite is a separate, proprietary software system and is not included in this repository.

Explicit Exclusions

This repository does not contain, reference, or distribute any proprietary software components.

Specifically excluded are:

• Any source code from the Tester Engineering Suite that is not derived from upstream open-source projects
• Any proprietary “Tester Present” logic, security access logic, or engineering workflow implementations
• Any closed-source user interface components or orchestration systems
• Any combined binaries linking proprietary and open-source code

No proprietary code is included, embedded, or redistributed in this repository.

Separation From Proprietary Software

The proprietary Tester Engineering Suite is a separate and independent software system.

This repository:

• is not linked, compiled, or distributed as part of the proprietary system
• does not constitute a combined or aggregated work with proprietary components
• is not required for operation of any proprietary software
• is maintained independently to comply with third-party license obligations

Any interaction between proprietary software and these components, if it exists, occurs solely through externally defined interfaces and is not part of this repository.

Licensing

All software in this repository is distributed under the terms of its original upstream licenses.

• GPL-licensed components are distributed under the applicable version of the GNU General Public License
• MIT-licensed components remain under the MIT License with original copyright notices preserved

Where modifications have been made, such modifications are also licensed under the original terms of the upstream work, as required.
