Serve each conference's raw transcript at the canonical /c/<slug>/transcript.txt route (text/plain, prerendered SSG) and expose an auto-generated /llms.txt that lists every conference and links its transcript — no per-conference edit needed. - New `transcriptPath` field (repo-relative .txt, co-located in the data folder, not under public/ → single public URL, zero duplication) - "Copy transcription" button now copies the raw verbatim via the canonical route (falls back to synthesized Markdown when absent) - Validator gains a repo-relative file-existence check; standalone build includes the source via outputFileTracingIncludes - Document the convention in the add-conference skill, its template, the contribute page and the agent prompt - e2e: assert /llms.txt and the transcript route Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
