The previous 'See it in action' animated GIF only showed the basic topology and execution. This updates demo.tape and regenerates the entropy-demo.gif using VHS to now include: - The newly added 'validate' command for configuration checks - The 'logs' command to preview streaming output - The restored 'cleanup' command for emergency rollbacks This provides a more accurate and impressive first look at Entropy.
