Implemented create-releases.yaml workflow with the following features:

  • Automatically creates a GitHub Release when a new tag is pushed
  • Includes the relevant changelog section in the release body
  • Appends a “❤️ Thank You” section listing contributors for the release with clickable GitHub usernames
