Add Vodafone audio sync repair task

Summary

• add a dedicated Vodafone audio sync repair task and controller trigger
• restore missing ingest MP4s from Vodafone storage, trim to the second keyframe, and rerun EncodeFromMp4 against the repaired filename
• update recording metadata only after the repaired final asset exists and add focused tests for the new flow
