This is not the same as previous PR, essentially just updates the docs with some details on default GPIO button mappings, since it is not presented in the hardware install doc anywhere. The referenced button SHIM is not easily available in US markets anymore, and seems to not be built by pimoroni (I tried finding some other equivalents and couldn't find anything, so resorted to manual buttons).

Thanks, but I'll close this. The GPIO 5/6/16/24 mapping is Pirate_Audio-specific, not a generic default (see modules/button_config.py:224+), and doc/hardware_installation.md already has a Direct GPIO buttons section covering this. FYI, software/config details belong in doc/software_installation.md.
