Overview
Bumps the Codespaces/dev container base image from mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/universal:5 to :6 in .devcontainer/devcontainer.json.

The PR also refreshes pnpm-lock.yaml, which resolves the tree to newer transitive versions (notably Vue 3.5.39, @vueuse/core 14.3.0, aligned UnoCSS 66.7.3, and assorted Babel/OpenTelemetry/eslint-related bumps) and drops stale duplicate lock entries. There are no direct package.json specifier changes in this diff.
