Embed config_my_station.html directly into the firmware binary as PROGMEM
via a pre-build script, eliminating the need for a separate data partition
OTA mechanism. The HTML template with {{placeholders}} is converted to a
C++ raw string literal at build time.
Changes:
- Add tools/embed_html.py pre-build script (HTML → header conversion)
- Update config_page.cpp to read from PROGMEM instead of LittleFS
- Add extra_scripts to esp32-c3-base and esp32-s3-base in platformio.ini
- Optimize 4MB-ota.csv: larger app partitions (0x1F0000), minimal spiffs
- Add generated header to .gitignore
