The content looks great. What do you think of actually creating a new rotary directory (currently a copy of jetty) and then adding the rotary.md as navigation menu item (maybe named About Rotary) similar to release_notes.md that is only available in the rotary directory. One advantage of this is that we can start drafting the release notes for Gazebo-M in rotary/release_notes.md. This would also make Rotary more visible
