Ldapdomaindump is fine most of the times however there's also adwsdomaindump which is OPSEC friendly.
By default ntlmrelayx still uses ldapdomaindump, however there's a new option in LDAP to use adwsdomaindump by using
--adwsdomaindumpIf adwsdomaindump it's not installed there's a warning but we fallback to ldapdomaindump.
