Hi, I'm Faruk Kamçıcı

Data engineer based in Istanbul, working at a Microsoft partner consultancy on enterprise data platforms.

My day job is pipelines and dimensional models on Microsoft Fabric and the Azure data stack, mostly over SAP and production systems, plus the Power BI models that sit on top of them. PySpark on lakehouses, incremental loads and backfills on tables above 100 million rows, and making slow pipelines fast.

Outside work I build data products end to end: ingestion, warehouse, transformation, API, and a front end someone can actually open.
