Summary
Bumps @elastic/eui-test-helpers from 1.5.0-snapshot to the released 1.7.0.
1.7.0 adds EuiColorPickerObject, EuiToolTipObject and EuiTreeViewObject. None of the three are wired into kbn-scout's page.components fixture yet, since nothing in Kibana consumes them through it today. This PR is the version bump only.
Validation
kbn-scout typechecks clean against the new version. node scripts/check.js --scope=staged passes.
