Updated lab materials to use Rancher 2.6 and all clusters are now RKE2 based.

  • Extended AWS lightsail region selection to be worldwide (Issue #6)
  • Check pre-requisites (e.g. AWS Command Line version) before running the startlab script for better clarity (Issue #5)
  • Updated the lab to be based on Rancher 2.6 and RKE2 cluster. (Issue #3)
