Seq.App.Slack

Send events and notifications from Seq to Slack.

Getting started

1. Install the app into Seq through the Seq UI: Settings > Apps > Install from NuGet; the package id is Seq.App.Slack
2. In Slack, select Admin > Apps and Workflows > Build > Create new App > From Scratch
3. In the app registration, choose Incoming Webhooks (this is the new endpoint, not the legacy one)
4. Add a new incoming webhook configuration and copy the webhook URL
5. Back in Seq, under Settings > Apps, select Add Instance next to the Slack app icon
6. Configure the app instance, providing the webhook URL
